Very modern and with amazing appliances, the futuristic kind that most people just dream about. By going upstairs, on top of the building you come to your patio, which has beautiful landscaping lining the roof as well as other small, but well placed flower beds which are very tastefully filled with flowers and trees. And although you are in the heart of the city, being there is like being in a quiet park where no one will ever bother you.
